Introduction

These Terms and Conditions have been created for the purpose of describing the way that the Bizad website is meant to be used. By entering or using our site, it is assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to all of our Terms and Conditions. Failure to abide by these terms may result in action that, includes but is not limited to, the restriction of use of our website for specific purposes, deletion of specific data, legal action.

Using Bizad

When using the Bizad website you do so at your own risk and you must act in accordance to the rules we have set out. The site contains copyright material, brand names and other trade marks that are protected by law. You should assume that all names and logos are trade marks of Bizad Pty Ltd or third parties, and that all content on this site is subject to copyright. Except as expressly authorised, the use of any material on this site (including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, display or communication of any kind) is strictly prohibited.

You may use information on this site for personal use only.

It must be understood that by entering our website, you will use it in the manner it was intended to be used. You must not intentionally or unintentionally violate, use, reproduce, resell, alter or damage any information (for commercial use) that is directly or indirectly displayed on our website or within the products/services of Bizad Pty Ltd.

The predominant intention for using the search bar on the Bizad website is to find Businesses you are looking for and view their information.

Accessing and use of Information

Most of the information that is displayed on the Bizad website can be freely accessed and used to find out about Bizad products and services. Information about Businesses that advertise on our website can be used for decision making and contact purposes.

Compliance

Data submission

All data that is submitted, entered and uploaded onto the Bizad website must be true and correct for the person/business that submits it at the time of submission. If such information changes it is up to the submitter to make changes themselves (by the way the Bizad website allows) or contact us for advise.

All information submitted onto the Bizad website is in the hands of the Directors of Bizad.

Information must not include slang (some exceptions), abusive or damaging content, offensive language, descriptions of violent or sexual behaviour, etc.

Any information that is deemed to have breach any of the above may be deleted and Bizad will take all necessary steps to make sure all of the websites content remains safe and user friendly.

Bizad will not be held liable or accountable for any damages and loss incurred by any person(s) or businesses due to the display of any damaging/offensive information on its site.

If such instances occur, you must contact us immediately to inform us of such information.

Uploading

Uploading files to the Bizad website are currently restricted to video files of 50MB or less. You must not attempt to upload any file that is intended to damage Bizad Pty Ltd or any file type than what is listed in the upload section. No video is to include any of the following:

Offensive language
Abusive or violent behaviour
Damaging actions or comments
Sexual or explicit content
Drug use
Under-age persons without consent
Music, logo's or images that may breach copyright

In other words: keep it (G) rated if you can!

It is recommended that all videos stay under 90 seconds in length and represent your business in the best way possible.

If you do not adhere to these rules, your video and your listing may be deleted and you will be contacted by Bizad.

Use of Music

While it is tempting and easy to use commercial music in your videos, unless you have obtained the appropriate royalties for this, the use of this music breaches copyright. If we find your video to contain this music, we will be in touch with you to discuss this further. If it is found that you have breached copyright, your video will be removed and you will need to re-upload it with a different choice of music.

There are websites which offer royalty free music to be purchased. This music can be used commercially for your videos. Simply do a Google search for "Royalty Free Music"!

Payments

Payments are made by persons/businesses who advertise on the Bizad website and are currently conducted as a once per year fee. Payments are made via Pay Pal, by means described on the Pay Pal website. Other payments include payments for the Biz-tek service which are made as per the job invoice terms. Once any payments have been made, the payee agrees that they have paid for services of Bizad Pty Ltd. No refunds will be given after payments have been made, unless otherwise stated.

Indemnity

Bizad Pty Ltd and all of its associates will not be held liable or accountable for any expenses, loss or damage, physical or financial that a business or person incurs due to any information or amounts that are displayed or incorrectly entered onto the Bizad website.

Changes of Terms and Conditions

The Directors of Bizad Pty Ltd reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, remove or add sections of this document at any time. You are advised to review the Terms and Conditions regularly to keep up to date with any changes.

Copyright

The content of this website relating to the company, products and its services belong to and remain the property of Bizad Pty Ltd.

Objections
